The development will be led by Down to Earth<\/strong>, a multi-award winning, social enterprise, currently based on Gower, Swansea, who have a 15-year track record. The entire model is based on offering construction and land management programmes as a rehabilitative tool working closely with Health Boards, Local Authorities and other third sector organisations.<\/p>\n
